After losing his appeal in April 2017, finally, the date is out for Indian-American prisoner for death. The execution date has been set by the local correctional authorities. On February 23, Raghunandan Yandamuri convicted after being held for killing a baby and her grandmother.
Earlier in 2014, authority declared the death penalty for kidnapping and killing a 61-year-old Indian woman and her 10-month grand-daughter.
Yandamuri is going be the first Indian-American to face the death penalty.
32-year-old from Andra-Pradesh comes to the US on an H-1B visa. He holds an advanced degree in electrical and computer science engineering.
