Nadiad: Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Bhawan was inaugurated by Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Asharam Parmar in Nadiad on Saturday.
The Bhawan has constructed at the cost of Rs 2 crore with the total construction area of 858 sq. Meter. The government is concerned about the protection of the social, economic and self-respect of the poorest of the poor of rural areas. The public has been asked to use and maintain the building.
Gujarat law minister Pankaj Kumar Desai said, “The plan to build Dr. Ambedkar Bhawan has been implemented since 1992. This house is functioning in 22 districts in the state. Construction is completed in two districts. Out of these, Dr. Ambedkar Bhawan, Nadiad has been inaugurated. One is asked to take maximum advantage of it.
Devu Singh Chauhan, M.P. said, “In this modern house, the office, library, museum hall, electric room, washroom, and Bhawan have been constructed in open and posh areas. The society is appealed to come forward for the betterment of this society.”
