Rajkot: The world class museum depicting the life of Mahatma Gandhi will be opened for public any time after March 31. The museum is all set to woo tourists with the major attractions which includes mini-theatre, an amphitheatre, 3D video projection facility, a prayer hall, a VIP waiting lounge, gazebos, besides various exhibits depicting life and times of Mahatma Gandhi.
Alfred High School where Gandhiji studied is being converted into a museum and the work will be completed in the next three months.
Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC) said Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Museum would be the unique in the world. The 165-year-old building is witness to Gandhiji’s childhood.
