Healthy Indian Recipe Palak Paneer

Ingredients
2 bundles Palak/Spinach
200 gm – Paneer (cut into cubes)
2 nos Onion (chopped) 5 – 6 nos – Garlic pods
1/2 inch piece Ginger
1 no Green chilly
1 tsp – Cumin seeds
2 tsp – Coriander powder
1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
2 nos Tomato chopped
1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
1/4 cup – Milk
2 tbsp – Kasoori Methi
1 tbsp – Oil
Salt as require

How to Make Palak Paneer Stew

In a micro proof deep bowl, put oil, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, green chillies, onion, 2 tsp coriander powder and garam masala powder. Mix well.
Microwave for 5 mins.
Remove and to the same bowl add tomatoes, cleaned palak, kasoori methi. Mix well & microwave for 8 mins.
Cool the palak and blend it with 1/2 cup water.
Put this palak puree into the same micro proof dish and add red chilli powder, paneer, salt, 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup water. Mix well and microwave for 5 mins.
Serve hot.
