Researchers have warned that men who consume too much sugar are always in the risk of depression.
Anika Kunupal (a researcher of London), says that by eating too much sugar, you’ll have a bad impact on health. Sugar and mood disorder can also be interconnected.
The research took 22 years to verify this. In that, 5,000 men were asked to consume more sugar than in routine what they usually have. When they checked after 22 years, consequently, the men who had consumed more than 67 grams of sugar were suffering from mental disorder incidents.
In this way, researchers recommend everyone to consume very less amount of sweet.
