Dengue is caused by the bite of female Aedes aegypti mosquito. These mosquitoes sting mostly during the daytime, especially in the morning. This disease spreads the most in the month of July to October. In this season there are favorable conditions for mosquito breeding. Talking about Aedes mosquitoes, they do not fly more than 3 feet and to stay away from such mosquitos, try to avoid places where water is stored for a longer time.
How this disease appears in the body?
After about 3 to 5 days of female Aedes mosquito bites, the symptoms of dengue fever appear in the patient. The infection can also spread and grow in the body in 3 to 10 days. Doctors say that the dengue virus is very high in the blood of a person suffering from dengue fever.
Types of Dengue fever:
Dengue fever is of 3 types – classical (common) dengue fever, dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) and dengue shock syndrome (DSS). Normal dengue fever can recover in 5 to 7 days, but if the DHF or DSS case is not started immediately, then the patient’s life can also go away.
