Patanjali Group of Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev establishes huge Food Park with an investment of Rs. 634 crores in Vijayanagaram district of Andhra Pradesh. It will provide employment opportunities to 33,400 people. According to a statement issued by the Chief Minister’s Office, Patanjali Food and Herbal Park will be planted in 172.84 acres of area in Chinamanavpalli village. Ramdev met Chief Minister Naidu in the afternoon on Thursday and discussed the project. In this food park, grading packing facility and dry warehouse will be established for major processing facilities such as cold storage, spices and cereals with blast freezer.
During this, Yoga Guru said that farmers of the state directly benefit from Food Park. Farmers will get a fair price for their product and processing will also get rid of the problems of product degradation. He said that more than 33,000 thousand people will get direct employment in Food Park. This will also increase the revenue of the state. According to the information, the juice plant will also be set up at a cost of 45.20 crores in this food and herbal park, which will allow 1500 tonnes of fruit juice to be taken daily.
On the other hand Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje had also said a few months ago that the state government is constantly working to make Rajasthan a big center for yoga and Ayurveda. State Government has spent about 2.5 billion rupees on Ayurveda. Investments by institutions inspired by Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev in Karauli are an important step in this direction. Karauli will also be known for the yoga and Ayurveda along with mother Kaaladevi and Madan Mohan ji in the coming times. He said that Baba Ramdev has made yoga and Ayurveda popular in the whole world.
