Proteas to bowl first in 5th ODI

India has lost all their five ODIs at Port Elizabeth, will they win their one win and conquer the ODI series against South-Africa? But on one side in the fourth ODI Proteas has bounced back to level the series.

South Africa won the toss and elected to bowl first

Virat: “We wanted to bowl first as well. Have a total that we could chase down. The whole idea was to bowl at them for 50 overs. Our wrist spinners can exploit any conditions, it will be a good wicket to play on throughout,” Virat Kohli says.

Markram: “Pretty clear on what we want to do. We’ve heard that it’s skidding on under lights and that’s the reason we want to chase,” Aiden Markram says. It’s overcast now as well, so it lends itself to bowling. The most important thing is to start well and really get into the Indian middle-order.
