Bhavnagar: The winter is coming slowly getting the temperature down in morning. Heavy cold wave in several cities in north India has affected Bhavnagar also. Bhavnagar is next after Gandhinagar registered the temp.of11.8 degree Celsius, in the list of cold cities in the state. Bhavnagar recorded a low of 16.4-degree Celsius falling down in evening.
Due to the cold in the night, the citizens were shivering. The people have wrapped themselves in warm clothes. The use of tea and coffee, including hot water has increased. There is a cold impact across the state. So, in a day or two, it seems as if cold continues in winter, Gohilwad will get affected at worse.
